Dr. David Beale from CSIRO Visits UofA Nodes
Date: April 17, 2024
Venue: University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta
We had the pleasure of hosting Dr. David Beale from The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) in Canberra. During his visit, Dr. Beale took a tour of our laboratories led by Dr. Wishart, Dr. Harynuk, and Dr. Li, exploring the state-of-the-art equipment and technologies that support our metabolomics research. They also engaged in discussions about the latest advancements and existing challenges within the field.
We look forward to Dr. Beale’s upcoming oral presentation at the Canadian Metabolomics Conference, CanMetCon 2024 in Vancouver next week, where he will discuss his recent work on Per- and Poly-fluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS).
