- Elevated SHARP: Adds coverage for carboxyl-containing metabolites, expanding coverage for compounds such as additional amino acids, dipeptides, short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), and TCA cycle intermediates.
- Comprehensive SHARP: Adds further coverage for carbonyl- and hydroxyl-containing metabolites, expanding coverage to nearly the complete metabolome.
- Flexible SHARP: Offers customizable analysis of different submetabolomes. Choose the combination of amine, phenol, carboxyl, carbonyl, and hydroxyl-containing submetabolomes that best fits your study design.
